Porcelain Jasper also known as Exotica Stone, preformed rough slab.

Origin: Sierra Madre Mountains, Sonora, Mexico, about a hundred miles North East of Hermosillo Mexico

Approx size: 18 x 44 x 5.5 mm, Weight: 72.5 ct.

Characteristics: White, mauve, gray, purple tones, cream colors. Exotic formations with a mix of colors which helped to also name it Exotica Stone. This rough is preformed to help make it easier to cab, it's a natural material, smoothed on all sides. No fractures, small pit on the back.

This rough was found years ago on a gold claim in Mexico. Its exotic patterns and formations usually consist of grays, purples, creams, plum and mauve colors. This type of material produces a beautiful luster shine.

My first 2 pictures show the slabs wet, this brings out the colors you should see in a finished product. Other pictures show items dry, this should show imperfections (small cracks or pits) if there are any. Translucent items will have at least one picture taken with a backlight.
