Prudent Man Plume Agate cabochon, rare, flat sides, mirror finish, tooth shape, gold white & brown color, translucent, unique cab (25195)

I created a smooth slab, gave it a beautiful shine and converted it into a cabochon with a flat front, back and sides. It has a smooth surface, no pits or fractures on the front, 2 surface fractures on the back. We prefinish our lapidary slabs by trimming away anything that doesn't look good, and we give them a final 1200 diamond grit sanded smooth finish. Based on their physical makeup, they can end up with a nice glow, bright or mirror shine. If I have to leave anything in, like pits or fractures, I will mention them in the below description.

I purchased my rough direct from the mine 12 years ago, when all the nice material was available from Steve Howard (now deceased). The mine has been closed and covered over with flowers and plants. It's a fantastic looking picture agate, and rare to find any of the best material now being sold on the internet.
