Characteristics: Rare material from BC, Canada. Some piting in the brown matrix and surface fracturing on the back. Preformed with 120- to 600 diamond grit. Finished with a final 600 grit diamond grit making it ready to polish. It's also ready for jewelry, to be wirewrapped, placed in your specimen cabinet or used as a raw stone in metaphysics. Black plastic stand is included.

My preformed (shaped and sanded) rough slabs are small to medium size.  I cut out most or all open fractures and ugly pits.  I will try and note anything unusual in a slab (druzy, small pits, natural sealed fractures, etc.).  I sand all sides of a slab with 120 to 600 diamond grit so they are ready for you to finish with a finer grit or polish.

A lot of effort went into giving you a product that will make it easier for you to finish, or keep it as a nice looking natural specimen and display it on the free plastic stand. The stand is included so it will help make the slab stand out in your specimen cabinet or on a shelf. Contact us if you have any special requests, for a small charge we will re-shape or cut special slabs to your specifications.

Use my pictures with the 10 x 10 mm background squares and the 18 mm dime to help with size visualization. All pictures are taken dry.

I try to eliminate all the pits and open fractures and I smooth all sides. In the descriptions I will note anything I couldn't remove.
