Characteristics: Beautiful mix of colors, unpolished. Pictures taken dry. All natural petrified wood. Arizona or Madagascar Petrified Wood (no tag when I purchased it). I only found 2 different internet sites with similar looking wood, one said that it was found on private property adjacent to the Arizona National Petrified Forest, they called it ancient Woodworthia Arizonica and the other on Etsy said it came from Madagascar. My pictures show a few few naturally sealed fracture lines and the bottom section which broke away a long time ago, probably found that way.
