Preformed rough slabs, my slabs have all or most of the pits and open fractures removed and all sides smoothed with 100-180 diamond grit laps. This produces a superior slab that makes it easier for you to produce multiple cuts or finish as a cab or specimen.

Characteristics: Peruvian Opal preformed rough slab. Mix of blues and brown, a beautiful unique picture. No pits or fractures. Finish this for a beautiful specimen or make it into a gorgeous cab. preformed to make it easier for you to finish. An 18 mm dime and 10 mm background squares in some pictures should help you with image sizing.

I use a full spectrum 45 w light bulb - photography photo CFL 5500K. It's a daylight balanced pure white light.

My first 3 pictures show the slab wet, this brings out the colors you should see in a finished product. Other pictures show items dry, this should show imperfections (small line fractures or pits) if there are any. Translucent items will have at least one picture taken with a backlight. My pictures don't really show the beauty in this stone, you will be pleased with it. This cab has an internal fracture on the back (doesn't affect the front side) and a very small pit on the front which should disappear after finishing.
